INFORMATION WE COLLECT

​When you order any goods or services from us, we need to know your full name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and credit card information (number, expiration date, and security code). We require this information to complete and fulfill your order as well as be able to notify you of the status of your order. We do not store your credit card information in our database and have no access to it after processing your order.

We store any and all files sent or uploaded for author and publishing services (manuscripts, outlines, etc.) and personal information on a separate server and restrict access to only key Novel Treasure personnel. Any person associated with your Novel Treasure service or project is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to working on any Novel Treasure projects. 

If you submit correspondence electronically, we may retain the content of your message, your email address, and any and all of our responses. 

Novel Treasure reserves the right to use and send one or more cookies to your computer that identifies your unique browser to enhance your navigation experience through the site. Novel Treasure may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. You may set your web browser to refuse all cookies, however, some features of the site and some services may not function properly if the cookie function is disabled.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the personal information you submit to provide, update, and maintain the features, goods, and services of the site. Novel Treasure will not rent, sell, or disclose your personal information to third party's not associated with the site ​without your permission or unless required by law or legal proceedings to do so. To provide optimal user experience, Novel Treasure may securely pass information to affiliated third party organizations (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.).

Any personal information or content you voluntarily disclose for posting to the site (for example, Author Spotlight) becomes available to the public via the site and affiliated partners. User content includes but is not limited to, comments, reviews, Facebook pages, and Twitter handles. If you remove your user content, copies may remain public and viewable via cached and archived site pages or if other users have copied and/or stored your user content. 

By providing Novel Treasure with your email address, you consent to us using the email address to send you goods and services related information and any information required by law. Novel Treasure may also send you promotional communications, such as newsletters, blog posts, new releases, or special offers. You may opt-out of receiving these communications by sending an opt-out request via email to noveltreasure@gmail.com. However, you may not opt-out of service-related emails or those legally required by law.
